We regretfully cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.
If you receive the wrong product or (heaven forbid) find that it was damaged in-transit, please contact us to arrange your return by emailing us at info@TheWayofLight.shop. We are a small, family-owned and operated business and we strive to serve you to the highest standard. Please allow 48 hours for us to arrange your return. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product.
If you prefer, you may also call us at (805) 874-5358 to arrange your return. We do return all voicemails within 48 hours (but usually much faster).
